We do not offer returns & refunds on the products. However, we do have a 30-day exchange policy on all defective items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if the item is defective.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you wish to report any problem with the products after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer’s customer service departments. They have expert technicians standing by to help solve your issue. Please have your model number and serial number available for the fastest service.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective to start an exchange. When returning an item for an exchange please make sure to return the item with all its contents and in the original box that it was shipped in.

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a new product within 10 business days.
